Here’s a picture I took during Sherry’s eye surgery.  (Filipinos are friendly).  We had it done in Manila on our last visit. After nearly 30 years of contact wearing she was developing problems that forced her to stop wearing contacts.

I had this surgery 10 years ago.  It was over a year before I stopped saying “Amazing! Thank you Lord!” every day.  The morning after the procedure I opened my pasted eyes and could clearly read the blue LED numbers on the VCR 15 feet away.  I was shocked and awed.
